Moving Boxes (Formerly Lend-A-Box Program)

  • Click here to place your order - must have an ISU login.
    • 18 in. x 14 in. x 12 in. unassembled cardboard moving boxes are stocked by Central Stores. 
    • Boxes are reused and include a small non-refundable rental fee per box. 
    • They can be delivered to your location or picked up at Central Stores at your convenience; just choose your preferred delivery method during checkout.
  • To keep the cost of the boxes low and reusable, please take the following precautions:
    • DO NOT WRITE DIRECTLY ON THE BOXES, as they are reused many times.
    • Use painter's tape (preferred) or masking tape for labeling.
    • Use 2" clear packing/shipping tape for building the boxes, as they come flat.
    • Central Stores stocks the tapes needed and listed in the order link above.
  • When your move is complete, contact Central Stores, and we will pick up the empty boxes.
    • Credit will be issued for all reusable boxes returned, minus the small rental fee.
